How to use

  1. Press "Start" to begin a 25-minute focus session.
  2. When it ends, a sound plays and the break starts (turn off auto-start in Settings to start each phase yourself).
  3. After four focus sessions you get a long break. Use "Skip" to jump to the next phase.
  4. Open "Settings" to change the lengths, the long-break interval and the sound. They are remembered next time.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Pomodoro Technique?

A time-management method by Francesco Cirillo: work for 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break, and after four rounds take a longer 15–30 minute break.

Can I change the session lengths?

Yes. Open Settings and set focus, short break and long break lengths in minutes, plus how many sessions come before a long break.

Does it work in the background?

Yes, as long as the tab stays open and the device is awake. Each phase ends on time even if you switch tabs.
