1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Perfect All-in-One (perfectallinone.com, the "Site"), operated by Darami ("we"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

  1. The Site provides free online tools for images, PDFs, QR codes and text, plus developer tools and calculators.
  2. All tools run in your browser. Your files and input are not sent to any server.
  3. We may add, change or remove features, or suspend all or part of the Site, at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

  1. Only process files and content that you have the right to use.
  2. Do not use the Site for anything unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
  3. Do not interfere with the Site's operation (attacks, excessive automated requests, redistributing modified code, etc.).

4. Your results and no warranty

  1. You own the files and results you create with the tools.
  2. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep copies of important originals, and double-check results such as calculations before relying on them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this free Site, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Intellectual property

  1. The Site's design, text, logo and our own code belong to us.
  2. Open-source libraries used on the Site (pdf-lib, PDF.js, JSZip, qrcode, heic2any and others) are subject to their own licenses.

7. Ads and external links

The Site may show third-party ads such as Google AdSense. Advertisers and linked websites are responsible for their own content. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
