Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how Perfect All-in-One (perfectallinone.com, the "Site"), operated by Darami ("we"), handles information when you use the Site.

1. Your files and input never leave your device

Every tool on the Site (image compression and conversion, PDF merge and split, QR code generation, text and developer tools, calculators and so on) runs inside your browser. The files you select and the text you enter are not sent to or stored on any server, and we cannot see them.

The Site has no sign-up or login, so we do not collect account information such as your name or email.

The clock tools (Exact Time Clock, Alarm Clock, World Clock) ask the Site's server for the current time so they can show accurate time. These requests contain nothing you have entered.

2. Information we process and how

  • Connection data: IP address, browser and device information (User-Agent), time of access and the page requested. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes this automatically to deliver the Site. We do not store or analyze it ourselves.
  • Inquiries: if you email us, your email address and the content of your message.
  • Advertising data: when ads are shown on the Site, information collected by advertising providers such as Google through cookies (see section 5).

3. Why we process it

  • To provide the Site, keep it secure (block attacks and abuse) and fix problems
  • To answer your inquiries
  • To show advertising (when ads are enabled)

4. How long we keep it

  • Files and input: never sent to a server, so never kept. They are cleared from memory when you close the tab.
  • Connection data: not kept by us; handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Inquiries: deleted without delay once your inquiry has been handled, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Site preferences

The Site saves your theme (light/dark), language choice and some tool settings (alarm list, world clock cities, Pomodoro lengths) in your browser's local storage (localStorage). These values are never sent to a server, and you can remove them by clearing the Site's data in your browser. We do not set our own cookies, but our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set cookies that are necessary for security.

Advertising cookies (Google AdSense)

The Site may show ads through Google AdSense. When ads are shown:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of other third-party vendors' cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
  • Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Refusing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The tools keep working if you refuse cookies.

6. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law. We use the following providers to run the Site; connection data may be processed on their servers outside your country (for example in the United States).
